- Responding to customer enquiries via inbound calls.
- Logging and tracking requests accurately using council systems.

- Supporting departmental teams with administrative tasks and case management.

What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling a wide range of customer queries.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with good IT skills.
- Able to work flexibly across different departments.
- Experienced in customer service (public sector experience desirable but not essential).
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a temporary position with the council on a 3-month rolling contract basis, dependent on performance. The Council frequently recruits on a permanent basis, so you will also have the opportunity to apply. The role is offering £14.12 per hour including holiday pay, and you will receive payment on a weekly basis.
