Your new role
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive outstanding service.
- Oversee the full property management process—from move‑in to move‑out.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, coordinating contractors and ensuring efficient resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and tenants through clear, professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.
- Work toward key performance targets and contribute to overall team success
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 1 year’s experience in property management, lettings, or property sales.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive problem‑solver with initiative, resilience, and a hands‑on approach to challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, people‑centred mindset.
- Full UK driving licence
