A customer service specialist position working within the distribution and logistics industry. This role's main duty will be to act as first point of contact for all customer enquiries and provide logistics and exports support to customers and stakeholders.

Part-time Thursday and Friday
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum full-time equivalent
Office based in Lichfield
Free onsite parking
Permanent role to start in January
Key duties:
- Provide quotations for customers
- Liaising with customers and stakeholders
- Understanding SOPs and Rate Cards
- Respond and address invoice queries
- Track and trace customer consignments
- Respond to customer concerns and resolve or escalate where appropriate
- Check all shipment documentation
- Understanding of customs requirements for both Import and Export shipments
- Meet, and wherever possible, exceed customer expectations
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years experience working in a customer service or customer account setting
- Experience and knowledge of logistics/exports
