Hays are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Administrator based in Oldham. You will be joining a well-established and highly regarded organisation operating within a fast-paced manufacturing industry.

Your new role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Acting as a central point of contact, you will handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a busy office environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing orders, bookings, and service requests accurately
  • Updating internal systems with customer and job information
  • Liaising with internal teams to coordinate service delivery
  • Resolving customer queries and escalating issues where required
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
