Exciting German Customer Service advisor role available!
Abingdon or Bristol-based.
Fully office-based, no remote working. 37.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday. German language skills are essential.Your new company

Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for incoming German sales enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat, delivering a friendly and professional service while managing customer expectations. Key responsibilities include processing sales orders, managing customer quotations and proformas, handling stock returns, creating new accounts, and maintaining the customer database. Collaboration with internal sales teams will be essential to ensure efficient communication and high levels of customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have excellent communication and customer service skills in German, with a proactive and solution-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally within a scientific or technical environment, will be highly beneficial.
