Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8am–4pm, 5 days out of 7, including weekends)

About the Role
Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our client's busy team in Wellingborough. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every query is handled with care and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Answer incoming calls from customers, providing support in line with agreed KPIs.
- Query Resolution: Investigate queries, respond within set SLAs, and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and drivers to ensure any service issues are communicated and resolved quickly.
- Order Processing: Handle order requests with high attention to detail.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of all calls and audit helpdesk systems to ensure data remains clean and compliant with CMI guidelines.

Requirements:
- Fully flexible to work a 5-out-of-7-day rota (including weekends) between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
- Strong listening skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- A desire to grow and progress within a thriving customer service department.
