We are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a busy operations team in Woodhall Spa. Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have raised support queries, helping to resolve a range of issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Your day could involve assisting with login issues, password resets, account administration and general customer queries, as well as escalating more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required. You will also provide administrative support to the wider operations function, helping to keep processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

We are looking for someone with previous administration or customer service experience gained within an office environment. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, excellent attention to detail and confident verbal and written communication skills are all essential.

This role is available for an immediate start and is expected to run until at least the end of August, with a strong likelihood of extending into September.
