Customer Services Professional, Remote, £27,000, Pharmaceutical, Immediate Start!
Our client, the UK's leading provider of clinical service packages to Pharmacies, are looking to recruit a personable, articulate candidate to join their completely remote Customer Services team. A fantastic client of ours (we have helped grow the Customer Services team from 0-3 FTE), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.
Our client offer their customer base a very sophisticated digital consultation platform on which to run various clinics (including travel health, flu vaccinations, weight management, etc) and administer a wide range of prescription-only medication, without the patient's need for a physical GP appointment (making for a much smoother process!). They have grown extensively in the 15 years that they have been established, and now support over 12,000 pharmacists nationwide. Due to their growth, they are now actively seeking the perfect candidate to join their Customer Service team - in a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls/emails from external clients
- Offering an exceptional service to all customers, ensuring complete satisfaction
- On occasion, making outbound calls to prospective new clients, informing them of the company's platform/solution
- Assisting with any wider administrative tasks
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of liaising with external customers over the phone/email
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Articulate, credible telephone manner
- Genuine desire to provide an exceptional service to all customers
- Fun, sociable personality
In addition to a very competitive salary, our client are also offering the following:
