About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support & Compliance Administrator to provide essential support to both operations and compliance functions within a busy logistics environment. This role combines customer service responsibilities with structured compliance administration duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Operations
  • Act as a central point of contact between customers and internal teams
  • Handle delivery and collection enquiries professionally
  • Accurately input jobs using transport management systems, including booking loads and updating instructions
  • Manage proof of delivery (POD) requests, confirmations, and discrepancies
  • Liaise with drivers, planners, and warehouse staff to resolve service issues
  • Support customers with re-deliveries, delays, and general service enquiries
  • Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers

Compliance & Administration
  • Maintain and update compliance records and controlled documentation
  • Assist with preparation for audits, accreditations, and internal reviews
  • Support data collection for ISO, FORS, Health & Safety, and transport compliance
  • Contribute to compliance reporting and continuous improvement activities
    (Full training will be provided for compliance processes and systems)

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in customer support, administration, logistics, or a transport-related environment
  • Strong communication skills and professional approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office setting
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in logistics or regulated environments and familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO, FORS) is advantageous but not essential
