Property Services Administartor | Glasgow | Temporary 3 months +

Your new company

You will be joining a reputable housing organisation known for delivering high-quality services to its customers and maintaining its homes to excellent standards. You’ll be part of a supportive Property Services team that works collaboratively to provide efficient, responsive, and customer‑focused maintenance services.

Your new role

As the Property Services Administrator, you will support the wider Property Services team to deliver a first‑class repairs and maintenance service. Your duties will include coordinating reactive repairs, maintaining accurate databases, raising work orders, organising inspections, processing tenant recharges, and supporting the management of void properties.
You will handle customer enquiries, liaise with contractors and external agencies, assist with gas safety compliance, process invoices, support health and safety record‑keeping, and provide general administrative and reception cover when required. This is a varied role where no two days are the same and where your organisation and communication skills will make a real difference.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within housing, property, maintenance, or a customer‑service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to maintain accurate data (experience using property management systems an advantage).
  • A proactive, team‑focused approach with a commitment to high‑quality service.
  • Ability to work flexibly, provide occasional cover, and support colleagues across the service.

What you'll get in return

You’ll join a welcoming, collaborative team in an organisation that values professionalism, integrity, and customer service. You will benefit from opportunities for personal development, involvement in meaningful work that directly enhances tenants’ homes, and a competitive salary and benefits package.
