A large, well-established organisation based in Warwickshire is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a confidential opportunity within a stable and growing business that places a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a range of enquiries and ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered. This is a fast-paced, office-based role requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Maintaining up-to-date customer records and internal systems
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of queries
- Handling complaints professionally and escalating where necessary
- Meeting individual and team performance targets
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service role (office-based preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Competent IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
