Your new role
Support clients and the wider customer service team with the following duties:
- Advising and escalating queries to the appropriate teams.
- Providing insightful advice to clients across Europe.
- Following proper protocols and procedures to resolve complaints and queries.
- Use professional phone manner to navigate conversations.
What you'll need to succeed
MUST Speak Dutch at a native level, as well as be proficient in English.
Preferably have customer service or administrative experience.
Previous work in a corporate environment is preferable.
Have a calm demeanour when confronted with problem-solving.
