Customer Service Advisor | Hybrid Working

A well-established financial services organisation who is seeking a highly organised Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis to cover leave. Known for delivering excellent customer service, the business offers a supportive and collaborative working environment with hybrid working available.

Your new role

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service skills who enjoys resolving queries, building relationships, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
  • Handle inbound customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to customer queries via telephone and email.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.
  • Process amendments to customer accounts
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
  • Escalate complex enquiries or complaints to the Customer Service Team Manager or Complaints Team when appropriate.
  • Work in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
