We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Finishing Snagger / Operative to provide temporary cover on a busy new build housing development in Crewe. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong eye for quality and experience in finishing works on residential sites.

Your new role

• Carrying out snagging and finishing works on completed plots
• Completing minor repairs across trades (e.g. carpentry, painting, patch plastering, mastic work)
• Ensuring all properties meet high quality standards prior to handover
• Working from snagging lists and closing out defects efficiently
• Liaising with site management and other trades on-site
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a similar snagging or finishing role on new build housing sites
• Multi-trade skill set (e.g. basic joinery, painting, plaster patching, tiling, etc.)
• Own tools and PPE
• CSCS Card (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable and able to hit the ground running
