Your new company

You will be working for a family-run business who have been in the maintenance business for over 30 years. They primarily carry out maintenance projects in social housing contracts and employ over 50 people. They require a number of painters to help with projects that they have ongoing.

Your new role

As a painter, you will be required to carry out internal and external painting on maintenance contracts. Because this role is maintenance, you could be on different schemes every week. There are vans going to these jobs and there are pickup points in Derry, Dungiven, Maghera, Magherafelt and Toome.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a time served painter or time served by experience. You will need to have a CSR card and have previous painting working references. A driving licence would also be an advantage.

You will get a competitive hourly rate paid on a weekly basis, travel paid to the job, so no outlay on diesel or transport and long-term work if you work well for the contractor.
