Opportunity for a Painter to join the NIHE in Belfast.

Hays are delighted to be working alongside the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, who are seeking a Painter to join their Shankill Office.
Your new role
You will work as a member of the response maintenance team, based in the Shankill Office, with responsibility for carrying out a variety of repair work across the full range of NIHE properties. You may be required to assist other tradespeople in the team, carrying out some duties outside trade.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 1 year's experience in a similar position. You will also need to have a full driving licence and a recent employment reference will be required.
What you'll get in return
This role is initially a temporary position and offers an immediate start, with a competitive hourly rate on offer and 35 days annual leave. You will work 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30-16.30 and receive weekly pay.
