Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hard asset portfolios and complex, high-value cases.
- Chase arrears, set up payment plans, and collaborate with the Business Support Manager.
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with GDPR.
- Coordinate with legal service suppliers and third-party agents.
- Escalate issues and complaints promptly.
- Adhere to Time Finance plc’s data protection, compliance, and HR policies.
- Ensure customer matters are handled efficiently and fairly, in line with FCA requirements.
Required Experience:
- 2 years in credit control.
- Knowledge of FCA requirements.
- Financial data interpretation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
