Credit Controller - Cardiff - 12-month cover
A dynamic business in Cardiff is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their growing finance team. This hybrid role offers autonomy, and the chance to make a measurable impact within a collaborative and supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reduce aged debt across a diverse ledger
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments
- Resolve queries and disputes efficiently and professionally
- Monitor credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness
- Produce regular reports on debtor performance
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in credit control
- Confident communicator with a firm but fair approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
