Part-Time Credit Controller. 3 Days Per Week. Belfast City Centre

A well-established business in Belfast City Centre is seeking to recruit a Part-Time Credit Controller to join its dedicated team. Your new role

As part of the existing team you will be responsible for:

  • Monitor outstanding accounts and pursue overdue balances via calls, emails, and written communications

  • Perform credit checks and assess customer risk prior to account activation

  • Establish payment plans and negotiate repayment terms with customers

  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, customer service, billing) to resolve disputes

  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, candidates must demonstrate proven experience in credit control, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and other core IT systems. A keen eye for accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines are all essential for success in this role.
