Role:
Join this distribution company as a Credit Controller, where you’ll manage company debts and ensure smooth financial operations. You’ll thrive in a friendly, supportive environment that values teamwork and professional growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cash collection from customers via telephone and email
- Posting cash receipts to the system
- Reconciling remittance advices
- Allocating payments on customer accounts
- Escalating debt collection when credit terms are exceeded
- Submitting invoices to customer EDI portals
- Creating month-end statement run
- Resolving queries from customers and providing copy documents when requested
- Taking card payments and processing cheques received from customers
Skills/Requirements:
- Experience of working within credit control
- Experience of handling online direct despatch platform customers
- Confident at using all aspects of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills via telephone and email
- Experience of using Microsoft Navision is an advantage but not essential
