Your New Role
As our new Credit Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in:
- Driving Credit Control: Involvement in new account setups and monitoring early implementation.
- Process Improvement: Identifying potential improvements for existing clients.
- Proactive Management: Managing customer payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Receipt Allocation: Allocating receipts into the system and resolving disputed accounts.
- Ensuring Compliance: Making sure all customer receipts are made in accordance with payment terms.
- Reporting: Preparing and distributing month-end reports.
- Customer Relations: Setting up new customer accounts and establishing strong working relationships.
What You'll Need to Succeed to thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar position, ready to hit the ground running.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, essential for regular tasks.
