Hays are proud to be working with a fast-growing organisation who are looking to add an experienced Credit Control Supervisor to their finance function.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible for:

• Management of customer accounts
• Monthly reviews of aged debt
• Monitoring of payment plans
• Maintaining & monitoring Credit Control inbox daily, escalating as required.
• Establishing relations to drive efficient and timely cash collection.
• Chase overdue debtor balances in line with Credit Control Procedures and workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will be a motivated credit professional who has had experience in a similar role. You will have strong communication skills and have a strong attention to detail. Having a previous professional services industry is beneficial, and you will have had exposure to complex credit management.
