Your new role

In this temporary credit control job, you will join the team and take responsibility for typical credit control duties, which will involve contacting business-to-business customers regarding the collection of outstanding invoices as per contractual terms and resolving invoice queries. As an experienced credit controller, it is expected you will be able to refer to the customer notes and quickly establish the status of the account to enable you to agree payment of terms, allocate the cash or investigate any queries on any outstanding invoices. What you'll need to succeed

You will be confident in person in managing your own corporate accounts, in agreeing collections, and resolving invoice issues which will require working closely with the wider finance and operational teams. Any experience of Dynamics 365 would be advantageous but not essential.

What you'll get in return

As explained, this is a 3-month temporary credit control job, and you will be paid an hourly rate between £15.00 to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience. This will be an office-based role from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, as well as offering free car parking.
