Your new role
As a Credit Control Assistant, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to the Credit Control function. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Posting daily cash receipts
- Managing email inboxes, statements, and copy invoice requests
- Handling the setup process for new client accounts
- Processing credit notes and maintaining supporting spreadsheets
- Proactively chasing overdue customer payments via telephone and email
- Liaising with internal operational teams to resolve queries
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an accounts or credit control support role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
