We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a major highways project in the Bristol area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a large-scale infrastructure scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently on a busy highway site
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the project
- Assisting with site logistics and material distribution
- Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting defects
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site
- Supporting the site team with general duties when required
Requirements:
- Valid NPORS or CPCS Forklift Ticket
- Previous experience operating a forklift on construction or highways projects
- Strong understanding of site health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Full PPE required
- National highways passport
- CSCS card
