About You
- Previous experience working with children and young people with SEND
- An empathetic and patient individual with a passion for supporting a student’s learning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to provide tailored support and implement behaviour plans
- The ability to work independently and effectively in a team
- Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to obtain one)
