We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and help create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience working with children with SEN (in school or other settings)✅ A calm, empathetic, and flexible approach✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills✅ A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of individual pupils✅ Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) – desirable but not essential

- Support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
- Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs).
