About the Role
•Deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4
•Ensure a calm, focused learning environment and uphold the school’s behaviour policies
•Manage the classroom in the absence of the teacher, keeping students engaged and on-task
•Build positive relationships with students and support their learning
•Provide clear feedback to teaching staff and cover coordinators at the end of each lesson

What We’re Looking For
•Previous experience working with young people (classroom experience highly desirable)
•Strong communication and behaviour management skills
•Confidence leading a classroom and adapting to different subjects
•Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
•Ability to remain calm, organised, and proactive in a busy school setting
