Your new role

As a Manager within the M&A Tax team, you will lead tax projects connected with business deals, bringing tax advice to clients in a fast-paced, vibrant environment where new problems and questions arise every day. The team advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions including acquisitions, demergers, carve-outs, recapitalisations, financing, public offerings, rewards and incentives, and equity capital raisings, partnering with the leading large-cap private equity firms.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Manager level experience, ideally from a 'Big 4' firm within M&A Tax, Deals Tax, or Corporate Tax

  • Strong organisational skills - ability to prioritise work demands, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrates drive and ambition to succeed

  • Experience with identifying issues and developing solutions, managing client expectations, engagement economics and team leadership.
