Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of corporate work that is mainly focused on M&A. Working closely with clients and others in the team, you can expect to enjoy plenty of 'hands on' experience. The client list is extensive and has been broadened over many years. This role will give you scope to hone your business development skills.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer with 2+ years' pqe. You will have a good corporate skill set and be looking for an opportunity where you can take your career forward.
