Your new role
This corporate solicitor role will see you get involved in an interesting range of domestic and cross border transactional work. You will enjoy exposure to M&A transactions, joint ventures, as well as corporate reorganisations. The client list is truly blue chip and this role will see you play a key role in business development initiatives for the department.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a corporate lawyer with 6+ years' pqe. Possessing good technical skills, you should be a capable communicator who can work seamlessly at all levels across businesses.
