Your new role
The teams corporate/commercial lawyers advise a wide range of organisations, from start-ups through to growth companies to multi-national corporations and public sector bodies. The team also has a wealth of experience of private equity, venture capital and other investments. The team have an enviable track record of working on major transactions in sectors including hospitality and leisure, gaming, sport, healthcare and media.

The ideal candidate

• 3+PQE
• Solicitor/Associate level
• Experience of Healthcare would be especially advantageous
• UK experience
