As one of the most recognised law firms in the Yorkshire region, my client's corporate team are looking to recruit a lawyer (Solicitor/CILEx) with either 2 years or above post-qualification experience to service an increase in instructions and to support the further development and growth of the team.

This role will be based in Leeds, but my client's team is very fluid when it comes to office attendance. Although it will not be possible for the role to be performed completely remotely, there are no set days that my client demands attendance in the office. This is therefore a truly hybrid/remote role and could work well for candidates who may live at the edges of the Yorkshire region who may be seeking a new challenge.

Because of the need to service an influx of work and to continue growing the team, my client is prepared to be flexible when it comes to salary, and they are prepared to be led by the experience of candidates interested in working with them on the basis that said candidates are capable of running matters on their own and providing support to more junior resources in the team.

The role will involve working across all areas of business law, in particular leading on transactional corporate work, but also complex group re-organisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory. My client boasts an impressive client list which ranges from care homes and nurseries, to oil companies, to some of the most well-known sports teams in the Yorkshire region. The successful candidate can expect to have full access to clients and will be directly involved in the growth and maintenance of relationships with those clients.
