This firm is a nationally recognised law practice who have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate solicitor with associate or senior associate experience, to join their reputable tier 1 ranked Corporate team in either Bristol, Exeter or Plymouth. Your new role

You will be working with companies from entrepreneurial start-ups to international organisations, advising on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings. What you'll need to succeed

You will possess excellent communication and proven technical skills, and will need the ability to build strong relationships with clients that last. You will ideally be an associate or senior associate with good corporate experience, gained from a leading regional or national firm.
