Your new role
As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality advisory services across a broad range of transactions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support clients through the full deal lifecycle, including:
- Preparing financial models, valuations and investment appraisals
- Contributing to sell‑side and buy‑side mandates, including information memorandums, pitch documents and due‑diligence reports
- Conducting sector, market and company research to support strategic insights
- Managing key workstreams across live transactions and assisting in project coordination
- Building strong relationships with clients, investors, banks and other stakeholders
This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role ideal for someone who wants exposure to high‑growth, owner‑managed and PE‑backed businesses.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent), or progressing toward qualification
- Prior experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, or a similar financial advisory environment
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and report‑writing capabilities
- Commercial awareness and the ability to communicate confidently with clients
- A proactive mindset, with the drive to take ownership of tasks and deadlines
