Your new company

You will be working for a Lancashire-based contractor who specialise in local authority projects on a new build and refurbishment basis, with projects up to £8m in value. They are a family run business who believe in working in partnership with their clients to deliver quality time after time.

Your new role

As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing 3–4 projects at any one time, with a combined value of up to £10m. You will attend weekly site progress meetings, manage schedules and budgets, meet with clients both pre, post and during contract, preparing tenders and assisting with bids, acting as the main point of contact for the client.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be able to provide a CV which details experience working within the UK in a Contracts Manager position for a building contractor looking after projects up to a similar value, as well as ideally holding current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Qualifications.

What you'll get in return

You will be paid a salary of up to £65k, plus car allowance, company bonus, pension and competitive holiday allowance.
