Your new role

We’re seeking a Contracts Manager to take full ownership of a flagship project—a £75 million new-build hotel featuring 700 beds, a concrete frame, and a pre-cast façade. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-value scheme from start to finish.
You will:
  • Lead client engagement and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive design coordination and ensure compliance with contractual and safety standards.
  • Develop construction programmes, manage procurement, and oversee subcontractor performance.
  • Motivate and manage a streamlined team under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and safety.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders and clients.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on large-scale new-build projects (ideally hotels or similar high-value schemes £50m+).
  • Strong leadership and client-facing skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A relevant construction qualification (HND/HNC/BTEC) and a valid CSR/CSCS card.
  • Flexibility to travel and a full UK driving licence.
