Electrical Contracts Manager – Major Projects | Leading M&E Contractor

A prominent M&E contractor is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their Major Projects Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive, team-oriented approach.
This company delivers high-quality M&E solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, educational, pharma, industrial and public sector infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of these complex and varied projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations.
- Manage procurement of plant, materials, and subcontractor packages.
- Lead and coordinate the project team, including staff management and labour control.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and effective communication.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee ordering and management of site equipment and materials.
What you'll need to succeed
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to GB on a weekly basis
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Well-organised and methodical in planning and execution.
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
