A large not-for-profit are hiring a Hard FM Contract Manager to manage their hard FM provider in London
Your new company
Our client are a large not-for-profit that operate on a global scale. They are hiring a Technical Services Manager to provide technical expertise in managing M&E assets across their large operational sites in Central London.
Your new role
As Hard FM Contract Manager, you will manage the hard FM / M&E services through the organisation's nominated service partner, ensuring they are delivering a quality service and are fulfilling their contractual obligations. Key duties will include:
- Responsible for the reporting and stakeholder communications required to ensure building users and other suppliers are kept informed of delivery metrics, work-clash implications and task progress updates.
- Act as the first point for escalation and queries for Hard Services related building requirements.
- Managing the delivery of hard services;
- Tracking KPIs & SLAs
- Analysing task / job and other relevant data and ensuring timely completion of jobs
- Ensure service is being delivered in line with contractual obligations
- Holding service provider to account as required
- Ensuring all planned, reactive and remedial works are being managed and closed to the required level
- Communicating effectively with the business and internal stakeholders
- Managing service via data and relevant metrics and using this to rectify if delivery not at the required level
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in hard services contract management from either a provider or client direct role. You will also require:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in managing service providers and hard FM services
- Experience in delivering minor projects
- Ability to work with a number of key stakeholder groups
- Experience with CAFM systems, data and analytics to deliver outstanding service performance
- Strong administrative skills (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH etc.
- Technical engineering equals desirable however not essential
