Your new role
Partnering with Operational Leaders and Line Managers in a generalist remit, including coaching and providing HR guidance, performance, employee engagement, development and change management. Manage high-volume and complex Employee Relations, contribute and lead on people-focused change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD L5 (or equivalent)
Hands-on HR experience in an operational capacity, ideally multisited
Managed complex ER casework
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
