Construction Litigation Lawyer 2+ To £££

This popular City firm with a well-regarded construction department is looking for an ambitious lawyer to join their team. You will be focusing on contentious work, in particular working on both UK adjudications and Technology and Construction Court (TCC) litigation. You will be advising government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, subcontractors and professional teams on complex and high-value construction disputes including final account and delay claims, quality of build claims, construction insolvency, bond claims, ACM cladding, other fire safety defects claims, professional indemnity and other insurance-related claims. Previous conetraution litigation experience in a comparable firm or in-house essential.



  • Experience of contentious construction work, and in particular working on both UK adjudications and/or TCC litigation and/or arbitration and other forms of dispute avoidance / resolution (mediation, expert determination etc.)
