My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a Business Systems Analyst for a business-critical programme for a high-profile end client.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a BSA experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
- Strong stakeholder management across business/tech teams, handling dependencies, comms and evolving requirements
- Solid technical expertise in APIs, integrations, data mapping and cloud/data-intensive systems
- Hands-on data skills across SQL/PLSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, JSON, CSV, Oracle, Excel and data transformations
- Experience designing HLDs, data flows, sequence diagrams and source-to-target mappings
- Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io
- Knowledge of non-functional requirements (security, release strategy) and system architecture
- Domain expertise in Loans systems and GOV integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and delivery focus with ability to work under tight deadlines
