Your new role

  • Acting as a key point of contact for all compliance‑related activity across the site.
  • Managing and maintaining the company’s compliance frameworks and documentation.
  • Supporting the delivery and upkeep of accreditations, certifications, and audit processes.
  • Translating legislative and regulatory requirements into practical processes for operational teams.
  • Coordinating actions and ensuring follow‑through on compliance‑related improvements.
  • Working closely with operational and H&S colleagues to promote consistent, best‑practice standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a compliance‑focused role within a regulated or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands‑on involvement in accreditations, ISO standards, audits, or certification processes.
  • Confidence interpreting legislation and applying it within operational processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience within a Health & Safety environment
