Your new role
As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation meets its regulatory obligations and upholds strong governance standards. This includes developing and monitoring compliance policies, conducting risk assessments and audits, advising senior management on regulatory requirements, liaising with regulators and external stakeholders, delivering training to embed a compliance culture, and preparing reports and documentation to evidence compliance activities.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you should have proven experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles, ideally within insurance. Strong knowledge of UK and international regulations is essential, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. Professional qualifications such as ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
