Asset & COmplaince Officer required for leading housing association in Edinburgh
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asset & Compliance Officer to join leading housing association based just outside of Edinburgh town centre. (2 Month contract) The team are seeking to appoint a confident and detail orientated individual with a background in administration or social housing.
This role will see you joining an existing team of Asset and compliance professionals where you will work collaboratively with various departments. This
role involves ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and statutory regulations across the association while supporting the daily running of the business.

Within the role you will be overseeing planned preventive maintenance, managing external policy and adherence while ensuring the upkeep of compliance across the organisation. The position requires strong collaboration and communication across departments to ensure efficient service delivery and minimal disruption to operations.
No specific qualification is required for this role however experience within property or social housing is desirable.
Candidates from a property maintenance and contracts management background would fit well into the role. However candidates with wider experience will be considered.
