Your new role
This position offers considerable autonomy and variety. You'll lead on contract lifecycle management—reviewing, redlining, and negotiating key agreements including MSAs, SPAs, NDAs, DPAs, and leases. On the compliance front, you’ll take ownership of exclusivity tracking and GDPR oversight, acting as the go-to for regulatory guidance across the enterprise. You’ll work cross-functionally with project managers, consultants, and the US-based legal team, balancing commercial nuance and legal precision. Strong stakeholder engagement is central to the role.

Key Duties:
  • Negotiate and manage MSAs, SPAs, NDAs, DPAs and leases
  • Track renewals, obligations, and exclusivity clauses
  • Provide GDPR and data protection compliance support
  • Liaise with client legal/procurement teams and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate contract records and version control
  • Support development of internal compliance policies
  • Participate in the Data Governance Group

What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll be confident in navigating high-volume contract environments, with a strong grasp of commercial risk and regulatory nuance. A legal or business background is essential, and familiarity with pharmaceutical sector standards is a welcome plus.

Experience & Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or similar (paralegal qualification welcome but not essential)
  • 3+ years in commercial contracts, compliance or legal operations—ideally within a consultancy or pharma environment
  • Familiarity with GDPR and client-facing contract work
  • Experience working with MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs in a client-facing role.
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and proactively

Desirable
  • Experience working with US-based legal teams or international clients.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
