Your new company
A fast-paced, specialist distribution company offers hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 working from home) to an experienced ISO standards specialist with skills and experience across governance and maintaining standards.
Your new role
You will work internally to support the close out of audit actions, improve internal processes, and support the success of projects.
You will conduct internal audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements, and you will collaborate to find solutions to quality or compliance challenges.
What you'll need to succeed
You could come from a number of backgrounds for this role.
You will ideally have strong experience maintaining ISO standards (ISO 9001, and ideally one or more of: ISO 14001, ISO27001 etc).
You will have experience working with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
You will need excellent communication skills as you will work with both internal and external stakeholders, and you will need to be happy working in a constantly changing organisation, where priorities can change quickly.
You will also ideally have a keen interest in sustainability.

Salary £38-42000
Plus bonus and benefits, including 25-days holiday and hybrid working (with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home each week)

You will help keep the organisation aligned with regulatory and industry standards as well as corporate governance requirements.
You will support the development and maintenance of regulatory procedures across the business and coordinate the full lifecycle of product complaints—from initial report through to resolution. You will identify trends in complaints and escalate any potential risks.
