Your new role

My client is seeking a dynamic and driven Communications Manager to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead both internal and external communications in a fast-paced, global organisation. You’ll play a key role in building our brand, managing media relations, and supporting our mission to scale impactful energy solutions worldwide. You will be working in a standalone role with a lot of autonomy to be creative in the role. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with company goals and values
  • Create and manage compelling content (including video) for press releases, newsletters, social media, and websites
  • Organise and manage events to amplify key messages
  • Keep employees informed and engaged through internal communications and events
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, clients, investors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyse communication campaign performance and optimise accordingly

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate or agency communications
  • Strong copywriting skills and familiarity with internal communication tools
  • Self-starter with a critical, value-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience in video production and multimedia content creation.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint design, newsletter creation, and campaign management.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling.

What you'll get in return

You’ll be joining a high-performing, forward-thinking organisation that values honest feedback, inclusivity, and diverse perspectives. We believe in a meritocratic environment—if you deliver top-class performance, we’ll match it with top-class rewards. We offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000, plus a performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes private healthcare, unlimited holiday, flexible and hybrid working arrangements, the opportunity to work alongside a talented, passionate team who genuinely enjoy what they do and much more!
