This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping internal communications during a period of high visibility and organisational change. Your new role
As Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high‑quality internal communications across a large and diverse employee base. You will partner closely with senior leaders to support strategic priorities and ensure key messages land effectively across the organisation.

- Developing clear, engaging messaging and content for employees
- Supporting communications for senior leadership and Executive‑level updates
- Driving employee engagement through compelling campaigns and storytelling
- Collaborating across functions to align messaging and ensure consistency
- Advising stakeholders on best‑practice communications approaches
This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who is confident working with senior stakeholders and able to thrive in a fast‑moving, complex environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need:- Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement
- Exceptional writing and content creation skills
- Strong stakeholder management at senior level
- The ability to plan, manage and deliver communications end‑to‑end
- Experience within a large, multinational or complex environment
- Creative thinking, strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
