• Advise on and negotiate construction and services contracts, helping mitigate risks and seize opportunities.

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent with English law knowledge).
• Experience in projects/construction law and standard contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC).
• Strong communication, influencing skills, and ability to give concise advice. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

• In-house legal experience.
• Dispute resolution knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity.
