Your new role

Due to continued growth, this Cumbrian law firm is looking to appoint an agricultural property lawyer. Working for a well established client list that has real depth to it, you can expect to be involved in sales and purchases of land and farms, tenancy advice, partnership agreements, succession planning, easements, telecoms leases, overage agreements and pre-emption agreements as well as adverse possession claims and commons rights.

What you'll need to succeed

Applications are invited from agricultural property lawyers with a range of experience looking to make a step change in their career. Applications are also invited from commercial property lawyers who are keen to specialise more fully in agricultural property work.
