You’ll work closely with an established team while helping to shape and expand the dispute resolution offering. You’ll manage a varied and intellectually engaging caseload, delivering high quality litigation advice to a broad client base that includes SMEs, sole traders, individuals and well known regional businesses. Your work will span the full lifecycle of commercial disputes.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Coordinating expert evidence and ensuring procedural compliance

  • Advising on mediation and broader ADR pathways

  • Supporting colleagues across the wider team and contributing to firm-wide collaboration

  • Playing an active role in business development, helping to drive the next phase of growth

Although Southampton is your base, you’ll also enjoy strong links with colleagues across other offices, giving you access to a wider network and broader exposure.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll bring a balance of proven technical ability and the confidence to build meaningful relationships as a qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution. You will be skilled in drafting, advising on proceedings, and dealing with contractual issues with close attention to detail. A collaborative team player who is willing to support and help develop junior lawyers

What you'll get in return

A competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package and an inclusive culture with genuine flexibility, allowing you to balance office life with hybrid working. This is a genuinely relaxed but professional environment, alongside regular social and networking opportunities, working from a unique working environment.
