Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised time‑served apprenticeship or equivalent in plumbing, heating or mechanical engineering
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in plumbing, heating, gas and mechanical maintenance
• Solid fault‑finding skills across complex building services systems
• Knowledge of current health & safety legislation, risk assessments and safe systems of work
• Awareness of gas safety and water hygiene requirements (e.g. L8 ACOP)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work under pressure
• Good customer‑facing and communication skills
• Confidence using tablets or CAFM systems for recording work and compliance
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to take part in the on‑call rota
