Senior Plumbing & Heating Engineer NVQ Level 3

Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- A recognised time‑served apprenticeship or equivalent in plumbing, heating or mechanical engineering
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in plumbing, heating, gas and mechanical maintenance
- Solid fault‑finding skills across complex building services systems
- Knowledge of current health & safety legislation, risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Awareness of gas safety and water hygiene requirements (e.g. L8 ACOP)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work under pressure
- Good customer‑facing and communication skills
- Confidence using tablets or CAFM systems for recording work and compliance
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to take part in the on‑call rota
